Understanding Billing
To add your first project, you must first set up your payment and billing information. Only Organization Creators and Admins have access to the billing setup.
Step 1: Accessing the Billing Section
Navigate to the Settings page, where you will find a Billing card. This card contains a button labeled "Setup Billing", which only needs to be completed once.
Step 2: Setting Up Billing
Click the "Setup Billing" button. This will redirect you to our secure Stripe billing page, where you can input all necessary payment and billing information. Make sure the email you input is correct, as it will receive billing receipts and notifications.
Step 3: Completing the Billing Setup
Once all required information is entered, click Save. You will then be redirected back to the Settings page, confirming that your billing setup is complete.
Step 4: Accessing the Billing Portal
Once the setup is complete, the "Setup Billing" button will now be labeled "Billing Portal". This portal is where you can manage all your payment information, view active projects, and handle billing details. If you need to view past invoices or update your payment methods, you will do so through this portal. Note that only Organization Creators and Admins have access to the Billing Portal.
Congratulations! Your billing is now properly configured, and you’re ready to move on to adding your first project.
